For over 24 years, my journey has been about more than dance or fitness — it’s been about awakening strength and rebuilding confidence in women.

From performing across India and international stages like Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Thailand, to training under renowned masters and leading my own studio — every step shaped my mission: transformation beyond the physical.
